Returns Policy
To process your return please go back to "Return An Order" and follow the instructions.
We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item/s to request a return/exchange. Once we have received the item/s back in our warehouse, pending everything is fine with the item please allow us upto 5 business days to finalise your return. You will then receive a store credit which will deduct $7 towards shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags still on
- In its original packaging
- Without blemishes such as fake tan/makeup
- Zero odours
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM/S
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, with proof following so that we can evaluate the issue and help out in the fastest way possible. Again to do so please go to "Return An Order" and follow the instructions. KC Culture will cover the costs of the return shipping on faulty orders.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of underwear, socks or accessories for hygiene purposes and do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be for faulty/damaged items, which will need to be notified to us promptly upon receiving with proof. Once received and approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method at the time of purchasing the returning item. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund so please be patient, if it has been a prolonged time without receiving it please contact us at admin@kcculture.com.au so we can follow this issue up promptly.
- Once the parcel leaves the warehouse KC Culture is not responsible for any damaged or missing items.
- If you do not contact us before the 10 day return period we will not be able to accept your return. If you wish to discuss this further please contact us at admin@kcculture.com.au
